Grade Book Views

The "Gradebook" link in a course control panel takes you directly to the online spreadsheet. To access a particular item or student's scores, click on the "Gradebook Views" link.

Clicking on the "View Grades by Item" link will provide you with a list of all your grade book items. Clicking on an item's name will take you to the "Item Options" screen where you can enter or modify grades (select: "Item Grade List"), view detailed statistics for an item (select: "Item Detail"), or modify the item's properties (select: "Item Information").

Clicking on "View Grades by User" will take you to a list of all students in the class. CLick on a student's name, ID or student number to access: "User Grade List" to view and modify the selected student's grades, "User Detail" to view detailed statistics for the selected student, or "User Information" to view the selected student's contact information.
