Grades can be added for individual students or for an entire class.
To add grades for an individual student, click on the center of the grade book spreadsheet cell and enter the grade in the text box provided.
To enter grades for an entire class, click on the "item" name at the top of the spreadsheet column. This takes you to the "Item Options" screen. Click on" Item Grade List," and enter grades in the available text boxes. Use the "Tab" key to move from one text entry box to the next.
To modify an existing grade, or to access an online assignment entry or online exam, click on the score or icon in the appropriate cell. You can modify grades as described above. Click "Clear Attempt" to completely remove a grade from the grade book. Click"View" to access a student's work on an "assignment" or online exam (from this screen you can "clear attempt" to reset a student's exam).
