IT Security at UM-St. Louis

Windows Agent Install Instructions

Download and Install the Windows Persistent Agent.

Click here to download the Client Security Agent

Download the Agent to the to your Desktop.

Double Click the PersistentSecurityAgent.msi Icon and wait for the next screen.

Click Next.

Click Finish. You should then see the Agent Icon in the system tray.

If your system is NOT registered, you will see a registration screen. Please enter your SSO_ID and Password. This box will NOT go away until you have registered.

If your system fails the registration, you may be missing important security features such as an Antivirus program or you may be using an old or unsupported Operating System. If it fails you will be notified by the following screen.

After you have fixed the problems, please Click the Re-Scan button. It may take several time to fully patch the system.
