The following items are available for put-out to classrooms:
- Microphones (for lecture halls only)
- Laptop VGA Cable
The items above are put-out into classrooms by student staff. When the class period is over the items are collected by the staff and returned to storage. As a result, we can no longer deliver equipment to a room where we do not have access. (this includes department conference rooms, locked department rooms, etc.)
Reservations for equipment put-outs will be taken between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. All requests must be 4:00pm the working day prior to the request for any equipment. Please do not call us at 9:00 am for a 10:00 am same day request. We will not be able to meet your request.
The following items are available for check-out to be used in TEC's:
- Wireless Lecture Hall Microphone (available for Lucas 100,200, Benton 102, & Stadler 104, SSB 118, 126)

Effective Summer 2009, Slide Projectors are no longer available for deliver to classrooms. They are available in the following lecture halls; Stadler 104, SSB 126, Lucas 100, and 200.
Laptops, Macbooks, as well as digital projectors may be checked out from the Technology Support Center in Lucas Hall room 211. They can be reached by calling them at x6034 or visit them online.
Faculty may check-out AV equipment for long-term, or off campus, use. These items are now checked out by the Faculty Resource Center located in ESH 105. You can call x6704 to see what they have available.
