Rules in Chat Sessions

Culbertson: Getting the rules down. Getting the rules down is important and it's best to do them early in the semester. So, the first couple of chats are not as fun as the last few chats because they're all learning. They may have other chat experiences. There are many other formats, like "AOL Buddies" or all sorts of them now. Our format is, indeed, an educational one, and so yes, it takes a couple of chats. I do have to remind people to stay on focus and please don't bring up subjects about television or movies you that saw on the weekend. But once the rules are down it's okay.
