Destination 9: Assessment and Evaluation will be devoted entirely to the topic of effective assessment techniques and evaluations. For the purpose of the instructional design segment of this destination, we will just mention that to effectively assess learners' knowledge or skills following the completion of a distance education program, the assessment must be based on the learning objectives.
