New student system users: To request access to MyView, contact Natasha Harris in the Office of the Registrar.
Instructions for the online self-paced training:
- Use Internet Explorer (will not work with FireFox or other browsers).
- Hold down the CTRL key while you click on the topic link, for example View Customer Accounts (holding down the CTRL key while clicking the link allows a pop-up window to display even if you have pop-up blockers turned on).
- The UPK (User Productivity
Kit) window should open. Follow
steps 1-4 in the screen shot below to start and “play” the topic
you want to view.
