New student system users: To request access to MyView, contact Natasha Harris in the Office of the Registrar.

Instructions for the online self-paced training:

  1. Use Internet Explorer (will not work with FireFox or other browsers).
  2. Hold down the CTRL key while you click on the topic link, for example View Customer Accounts (holding down the CTRL key while clicking the link allows a pop-up window to display even if you have pop-up blockers turned on).
  3. The UPK (User Productivity Kit) window should open.  Follow steps 1-4 in the screen shot below to start and “play” the topic you want to view.
