Secure Socket Layer Email

Effective May 26, 2006 the UMSL email servers will no longer be allow non-secure connections. If you currently use POP or IMAP to get your UMSL email, you will need to configure your email client to use the secure forms of POP and IMAP. The secure versions encrypt your SSO ID and password during the transactions to protect your information.
