Sue Shear Institute for Women in Public Life

Monthly Giving

The success of the Institute is due in large part to the generosity of our financial supporters. Contributions help us partially underwrite the costs of Institute programs and operations.

We now have a new way for you to show your support for the Institute: Recurring Monthly Giving.

Your monthly contribution can be made 1 of 2 ways:

  1. Pledge Amount – You say that you want to make an annual pledge of X and a portion is deducted each month. For example, you pledge $1000 and $83.33 is deducted each month for 12 months.  It’s a diminishing balance until you get to $0. Or,
  2. Open Ended – You request that a designated amount be deducted each month until you call to change or end it.

Either way, your contribution will be billed to a credit card on the 15th of each month. Your statement will reflect a payment to the Curators of the University of Missouri.

Donor Designations:

Benefactor ($1,000)
Contributor ($500)
Partner ($100)
Supporter ($50)

Please call the Institute at: 314.516.4727 to begin the monthly contribution process.  The Sue Shear Institute’s office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
