Table Tent Request

All table tents MUST be turned in by 5 pm the THURSDAY BEFORE the requested reservation begins. (e.g. Susie signed up for the week of October 12- October 16. Her 150 printed, trimmed, 4 x 6 table tent inserts MUST be turned in by 5 PM on Thursday, October 8.)

Please review the policy and procedures below before completing the Table Tent Request Form provided here. The form can be completed on-line, saved and then e-mailed as an attachment to studentlife@umsl.edu.

Policy:

  • Table tents are located on tables througout the Millennium Student Center. They are an excellent means of advertising because they are numerous and located in highly visible and trafficked areas.
  • Only table tents reserved and approved through the Office of Student Life, 366 MSC, will be allowed to remain on tables.
  • Advertisements placed on tables without approval will be subject to immediate removal and disposal.
  • Only campus departments and student organizations may display table tents on the tables in the MSC.
  • Reservations must be made one week at a time, running Monday-Sunday.
  • In the event that an organization reserves a space and does not turn in the table tents to be placed on time (the THURSDAY before the reservation begins, 5 pm) an email warning will be sent. If the same organization does not turn their inserts in a second time, the opportunity to sign up for table tents will be taken away for the remainder of the semester.

Procedure:

  • Each organization/department may only reserve a maximum of one display side at a time.
  • Organizations may sign up for a maximum of two weeks per event.
  • Reservations can be done by filling out the Table Tent Reservation Form and submitting it to the Office of Student Life.
  • Reservations are taken on a first come first served basis.
  • Oftentimes, table tents are created by the Graphic Arts Assistants, but organizations that choose to create their own table tent inserts should ensure that they are 4"x6".
  • A full set of table tents should be provided (150 total inserts).
  • Inserts must be delivered to the Office of Student Life by 5 pm the THURSDAY before the reservation begins.
  • Requests for design by the Student Life Graphic Artists must be made at least two weeks in advance.
