This form is to be utilized to inform the Greek Life Office of your chapter events.  In a effort to better market chapter events to the general student body, all events submitted will be placed on the ALL GREEK Calendar. The event form may be submitted at any time, however you are encouraged to submit it at least a month prior to the event. For example, you should try and have all of your chapter’s October Events submitted by the end of September. This will allow our office to have all events for October’s calendar before the beginning of the month.  All members of your chapter are welcome to complete and submit forms but be sure to communicate with your members to avoid duplicate submissions.

Acceptable Events to submit: Philanthropies, Formals, Sisterhood/Brotherhood, Greek Week, All Greek Events, and Recruitment.

Unacceptable Events to submit: Parties, Mixers, etc.

As the Office of Greek Life serves as a gatekeeper to all that is Greek on the campus of University of Missouri-Saint Louis, it is important that the office is made aware of events, occurrences, or incidents that adversely affect your chapter.  It is simply a informational report that will assist the Greek Life Office in answering the questions of campus Police, university officials, or outside sources.  The incident report will need to be filled out within 24 hours of the initial incident by the chapter president.

Incidents to report: Damage to the chapter property, Assault, Injury, etc. Any event in which police or the fire department are dispatched.
