Emergency Motorist Assist
The University operates a "free" emergency motorist assist vehicle as a service to motorists on campus. Drivers are prepared to assist in unlocking car doors when keys have locked inside, jump-starting cars, and securing outside towing services if major repaire is needed. To obtain help, call (314)516-5155.
Emergency Phones
A number of emergency phones have been installed on campus. These phones provide a direct line to the campus police. If you should have an emergency on campus, simply lift the receiver (no dialing is required). Blue lights will begin to flash and you will be connected to Police and Transportation. These phones may be utilized to report such problems as theft, injury, and car trouble and are located at various sites on campus and near most major parking areas.
Escort
If you do not feel comfortable walking to a parking lot, bus stop or anywhere else on campus, contact the Police Department at (314)516-5155 for an escort. This service is provided for students, faculty and staff.
