The Collegiate Readership Program (CRP) gives UMSL students daily access to the New York Times, USA Today and STL Post Dispatch, during the fall and spring semesters, at the following locations:
- Millennium Student Center
- Thomas Jefferson Library
- Social Sciences Buidling
- Lucas Hall
- Marillac Hall
- Provincial House
- University Meadows Apartments
As the goal of CRP is to encourage community and global awareness, thereby enhancing the learning environment and better preparing students for life after graduation, faculty are encouraged to intergrate the newspapers into their curricula when appropriate.
The Buzz App
The Buzz is a customized mobile app that provides news content from The Current, USA Today and USA Today College. Topic areas and resources available in the app are:
- UMSL news, sports and campus stories from The Current.
- Latest news, life and sports headlines from USA TODAY.
- Campus life, study abroad, and national college news written by students, for students from USA TODAY College.
