In the following web pages is the official, tentative, Forecast of Operations for the new Performing Arts Center, a project most UM-St. Louis by now know about. What this report is, basically, is a description of everything you want or need to know about the Performing Arts Center, which includes but is not limited to:

Building costs
What type of staff will be used
Salaries of the staff
How much money the Performing Arts Center will make
Who will get to use it and how much (this particular subject is what is causing so much controversy)

Disclaimer
As the web editor, I have painstakingly converted the entire 21-page report (9 pages of index) into 8 HTML documents. As much as was possible, I transcribed the text word for word and the tables cell for cell. You would get nothing more or nothing less if you read the actual report. It is verbatim, even any spelling or grammatical errors that were in the original report are included in this internet version. I changed nothing.
