Police say common sense will prevent parking permit theft
UM-St. Louis Police Department reports that parking permit theft has increased dramatically. This semester, there have been 14 student parking permits stolen from vehicles on the UM-St. Louis campus. These permits were stolen from cars whose owners failed to secure their vehicle.
