Last Lecture

What is the Last Lecture Series?

The Last Lecture Series is inspired by Dr. Randy Pausch's "last lecture," which he delivered as he battled pancreatic cancer. It provides students an opportunity to honor a faculty member at UMSL who has made extraordinary contributions to through classroom teaching and service to the university. The honored faculty member is asked to deliver an address answering the question: "If you knew this was your last chance to address a group of students, what would you share with them?"
