Childrens Advocacy Center

Evette Bean MEd, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides individual psychotherapy therapy and other clinical services for children and adolescents through CASGSL.  Ms. Bean received her Masters of Education in Community Counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.  She has an extensive history of providing services to children and their families that suffer with severe mental illness.  She currently is serving children who have been exposed to various trauma including sexual abuse, domestic violence, bullying and traumatic loss.  Ms. Bean is currently working with several evidence based practices, including TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and CFTSI (Children and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention).
