HTML 3: Using JavaScript to activate your Web pages. This new way to communicate via programmed "applets" is revolutionizing the World Wide Web. JavaScript is much easier to program than Java. JavaScript is similar to the BASIC programming language. This class will be taught by Dr. Jerry Siegel of UM-St. Louis.

Ms. Mary Shapiro, sales, editorial, and custom publishing representative of Prentice-Hall (URL is http://www.prenhall.com/) will discuss Prentice Hall's presence on the World Wide Web as well as the direction she sees publishing heading wiht the growth of the Internet. Ms. Shapiro will also be giving away samples of selected Prentice Hall Internet guides.
