The Office of Student Enrichment & Achievement supports students referred to our office based on their academic standing. Through this one-on-one developmental relationship, students connect with one of our professionally trained Coaches to personalize your education journey and create a roadmap to your success!
As a participant in success coaching, you can expect:
Support in decision-making and planning your academic success while attending UMSL
A firm sounding board and resource person who will connect you with the appropriate programs and services to aid you in your success
An accountability partner to help you stay on track and make it to the finish line
While we are here to support you in your success, it is important to note that Success Coaches are an additional resource to ensure completion of your chosen degree. Your Academic Advisor will help you with course selections that meet curriculum and degree requirements. On the other hand, your Success Coach is here to help you build strong systems to meet those requirements and accomplish your goals!
