American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry - http://www.aacap.org/ This association helps parents and children with all types of disabilites, particularly behavior disorders.
American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities - AAIDD Formerly the American Association of Mental Retardation (AAMR) this is the oldest and most important association in mental retardaion.
Council for Children with Behavior Disorders (CCBD) - http://www.ccbd.net/ Publishes Behavior Disorders, the leading scholarly journal on the subject
