Summer 2013 Pricing

Prices shown are for the full summer months (May 28th -August 5th)*

  

Oak Hall Single Room Rate

$2,465.00

*Last updated on December 27, 2012. Prices are subject to change in February 2013 by the Board of Curators. All residents must be enrolled in at least one course/three credit hours to live in the Residential Hall but no meal plan is required over the summer.
*Room availability is at a first come first serve bases.

Signing a summer contract

There is no summer housing application but a contract is required for billing. To live in Oak Hall for the summer months please email: UMSLreslife@umsl.edu or visit the Office of Residential Life and Housing in C103 Provincial House to complete your housing contact.
If you are a resident who will be living with us for the Fall 2013 as well we can give you more information on the time between the dates of this summer contract and the fall contract dates.

Other Options

If you are not enrolled in summer courses at UMSL, another option is temporary housing through Conference and Event Services (a department underneath Residential Life and Housing). For more information, please visit their website or email the Coordinator at umslconf@umsl.edu for temporary housing availability throughout the summer.

Meal Plan

 No meal plan is required or available of summer residents.
