Rates

Each event must have proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance.  There are two primary ways to provide such proof.  The sponsoring client may provide proof of external insurance coverage in accordance with expectations outlined in the facility use agreement.  The client may also obtain venue insurance through the University.  The Conference and Event Services staff will be glad to assist the client in determining the most appropriate and economical way to provide the required proof of insurance.

MEETING ROOMS
The seating capacity of many of our rooms is determined by your choice of seating arrangements.  The Conference and Event Services staff will be glad to assist you in determining the best possible seating arrangements for your event.

MEETING ROOM RATES
The rates listed below are for a maximum block of four hours.  Reservations for longer than four hours will incur additional charges.

CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Conference and Event Services. Cancellation fees will be based upon the date the written cancellation is received by Conference and Event Services.

13 days to 48 hours prior to event 50% of total cost
48 hours or less prior to the event total cost
