Guest Housing Rooms

Conference and Event Services at UM-St. Louis offers temporary guest housing which is comfortable, convenient and affordable. Guest housing provides an attractive alternative for visiting faculty and staff, individuals or groups visiting the campus or the city for research, conference attendance, business, or pleasure, and guests of faculty, staff, students and alumni. Bullet Microfridge (appliance combining refrigerator, freezer, and microwave) in each room
Bullet Free local calls (long distance calls require calling card)

Bullet Coin-operated laundry facilities
Bullet Vending area offering choices ranging from snacks to light meals
Bullet Outdoor swimming pool (during season)
Bullet Conveniently located near Metrolink light rail station

Availability of housing accommodations will vary, for more information please call the Coordinator. Guest rooms are furnished with a extra-long twin bed(s), desk, and dresser. Each room or suite also has a sink and mirror.  Shower and toilet facilities are conveniently available in the adjoining room, suite, or hallway (communal). All toilet and shower facilities have private enclosures.

Bullet All bedding and bath linens are provided for temporary guests.
Bullet Special rates area available for stays of one month or longer.
Bullet Parking: If you do not have a valid University of Missouri-St. Louis parking permit, a temporary guest parking permit is required. The cost to park on campus is $1.00 per day.

Campus Policies

The following campus policies are in effect at UM-St. Louis:

Bullet All guest housing is smoke-free.
Bullet Alcohol is prohibited in all areas of the campus.
Bullet Pets are not permitted.
