Catering
Campus Dining Services provides an array of food service options, ranging from the most casual to the most formal. Whether it is a banquet or a box lunch, you can be assured your food service will be attractive, nutritious and delicious. Meals may be catered in the conference facilities themselves, or you may wish to take advantage of the campus dining facilities located in the Millennium Student Center.
A complete catering guide is available to assist meeting planners in selecting just the right meals for their functions. Selections may be made directly from the catering guide, or meeting planners may collaborate with the catering staff to develop an individual menu to fit the group's needs and budget.
All Conference and Event Services properties are served by Chartwells Campus Dining Services. External catering services are not permitted.
