COS Platform Update
The COS Platform will be upgraded to "COS Pivot" in 2012. As part of the migration to Pivot as the primary platform, COS will begin shutting down part of the COS.com platform beginning with COS Expertise, as well as the ability to create new user accounts at cos.com. These functions will cease operation on January 18, 2012. New users should create accounts at http://pivot.cos.com.
COS will close down COS Funding Opportunities on the cos.com platform near the end of the first quarter of 2012 (specific date to be provided).
