You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free program from Adobe Systems) installed on your computer. If you do not already have it installed, please click on the link below to download a copy.
• You will receive an email notifying you that the materials you requested are available
• Login using the e-mail address on the email notifying you the materials are available
• Enter the case-sensitive password provided to you in the email notification
• Click the link in the Document column to view the document. You may choose to either Save/Download or Open the file. If you choose to Save/Download the file, remember where the file is located so you can open it later. If you choose to Open the file, it should open in the Adobe Acrobat Reader program
• You can choose to remove a document from the server before the seven day period has elapsed. To do so, check the box next to the document's name and click "Remove". Please be sure you have a printed or electronic copy of the document before you remove it
• Click "Close Session" to log out When you are finished with your session.
• IMPORTANT: Documents will be available to you for seven days after the e-mail notification has been sent or until you have viewed the document five times. When either of these limits are reached, the document(s) will be deleted. We strongly recommend that you save a copy of the document
• Once you have the document open in the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can:
1. Save a copy to your disk drive by clicking on the purple disk icon in the upper left corner. Make a note of where you save the file
2. Print the file by clicking on the printer icon (next to the purple disk icon)
3. Read the document on the screen by turning pages using the buttons at the bottom of the window. You can enlarge the text by using the magnifying glass button or by using the options immediately to the right of the magnifying glass icon
4. Search through the document by clicking the binoculars icon
5. Select text by using the Text button and copy it to another application (such as your word processor)
• If you open Adobe Acrobat within your web browser, please note that you need to use the Acrobat icons, not the icons in your browser. The Adobe icons are usually the ones closest to the document image
• If you have trouble printing a document, please check to be sure you are using the Adobe Reader to print and not your web browser
• If the printed copy is not clear, or if the letters run together, try clicking on the Advanced button in the Print dialog box. Choose the "Print As Image" option as shown in the smaller image on the right. This will print more slowly, but sometimes prints a better copy
• If you have trouble viewing the file, try downloading it to your computer and then opening it with Adobe Acrobat
