There is a listserv for international students and scholars on campus.

Shopping Shuttle
There
is a weekly shopping shuttle available to take international students
grocery shopping at Shop `N Save. The shuttle leaves the University
Circle on Friday afternoons at 2:00 pm and returns you to your room or
apartment.
