We have designed this site to provide you with the information you need, whether you are a job seeker, new or current employee, HR liaison, or manager. You will be able to find important information quickly and efficiently to answer your questions about University benefits, policies and procedures, employment, and different services provided by Human Resources.

In addition to the "About HR" section which describes our department and staff, the site is divided into the following four sections:

Prospective Employees:
This section lists job opportunities, describes the application process, provides directions to the HR office, and explains the advantages of working at UM-St. Louis.

Current Employees:
This section provides employees with information about benefits, payroll, performance appraisals, recognition programs, staff and faculty handbooks, employment laws and policies, educational assistance, employee relations, compensation and classification, campus organizations, training and development, and what a new employee can expect.

Managers & Supervisors:
This section is password-protected and is available to employees with supervisory responsibilities. It includes information and advice on hiring, performance appraisals, forms, employment laws and policies, temporary help, and the discipline process -- all from a management perspective.

Human Resources Liaisons:
This section is for departmental staff who interact with HR on an ongoing basis processing employee paperwork including payroll and employee records. It contains links to necessary processing forms, calendars, and questions and answers.
