A Medical Assistant (MA) is a person who, under the direction of the nurse practitioner, performs various clinic tasks including, but not limited to blood pressure checks, immunization administration, specimen collection and testing.

The Office Supervisor is responsible for the front office functions, which include scheduling appointments, telephone contacts, providing information, and tracking the financial issues of Student Health, including determining and coordinating appropriate charges.
