Our web site contains information regarding scholarship opportunities at the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
All students should complete a Scholarship Application. Different departments also offer scholarship funding to UM-St. Louis students. Please contact the individual department for application and deadline requirements. A listing of scholarships and qualification criteria (e.g. GPA, credit hrs, major, extra curriculars, etc) may be found through the scholarship search engine on the Student Financial Aid homepage.
A scholarship application MUST be completed for scholarships awarded through Student Financial Aid. All Incoming Freshmen Scholarship Applications should be received by March 1st for priority consideration. Continuing and Graduate Student Scholarship Applications received by April 1st receive priority. Transfer students should visit the Office of Transfer Services to review additional information about transferring to the University of Missouri - St. Louis and scholarships available.
Applications are available online or in the Student Financial Aid Office. Please complete only one application per school year and submit it by the priority receipt date.
Scholarship Application for the Fall 2008 - Spring 2009 School Year
*Note: many scholarships are based on financial need as well as academic achievement. Financial need is determined by the results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. The FAFSA should be completed and received by April 1, 2008, for full consideration for Fall 2008 - Spring 2009 School Year Scholarships. Be sure to add the UM-St. Louis Federal School Code 002519 to your FAFSA.
