Applying for Grants
Once the Office of Student Financial Aid has received your FAFSA results, we will determine your eligibility for financial aid, including any federal grants. Your grant eligibility (if any) will be listed on your award letter.
The state of Missouri Department of Higher Education (MDHE) uses the FAFSA information to identify those potentially eligible for state grant programs. The initial pool of candidates is identified during the summer preceding the start of the academic year, and funds are not disbursed to the school by MDHE until classes start and student enrollment is verified.
