College BASE Exam (CBASE)

The College BASE is approximately four hours long. Admission to this test is on a first-come basis. There is no pre-registration procedure. To register you must pay $45.00 at the Cashier's Office in room 285 Millennium Student Center. Students may pay for this test with cash, check, money order or debit cards. It is recommended that you allow at least one hour for parking and paying for the test.
All visitors to the UM-St. Louis campus should go to the Parking and Transportation Office and obtain a $1.00 one-day guest parking pass. Please see the Parking and Transportation Office website for further details.
At the time of test administration, you must present the payment receipt along with your picture I.D. Please bring two #2 pencils. Calculators will not be provided, but you may use a hand-held, non-printing 4 or 6 function calculator. Anyone who does not use a calculator will not be disadvantaged. Allowable calculators with 4 or 6 functions may include a limited memory which will store one to three numbers after it is turned off. Scientific and graphing calculators, which have extended memories and perform multiple functions, are not allowed. You may not, however, share a calculator or use any other material (e.g. dictionaries, textbooks, notes) not provided with the exam.
