"I can't tell you how important this service is to me personally. I have a significant number of student throughout my classes who, for one reason or another, become disengaged and it is very difficult to keep up with all of them. Often, I try, to contact them myself and do not hear back. Because your office takes on this responsibility, I am able to focus more of my attention where it rightfully belongs, in teaching my classes. I just want you to know that your efforts are appreciated."
