Rachael Springman, Ph.D., Coordinator of Forensic Services

Dr. Springman earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, her M.A. in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Her pre-doctoral internship was jointly sponsored by the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill School of Medicine and the Federal Correctional Complex in Butner, North Carolina. Her clinical forensic internship included rotations in forensic assessment at the Federal Correctional Complex, Dorothea Dix Hospital, and UNC Hospitals. She completed a Post Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and her research has been published in the Journal of Child Sexual Abuse and the Journal of Forensic Psychology Practice. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the American Psychology-Law Society (Division 41 of APA), the Society of Clinical Psychology (Division 12 of APA), and the Missouri Psychological Association. Dr. Springman is a licensed psychologist in Missouri, and her areas of specialty include forensic evaluation and malingering.

Robert N. Harris, Ph.D.

Dr. Harris earned Bachelor’s (psychology) and Master’s degrees (sociology) at Stanford University and Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology at the University of Kansas. His pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship were completed at the University of Texas Health Science Center - San Antonio. Dr. Harris is a Missouri Licensed Psychologist/Health Service Provider. He has conducted and supervised psychological evaluations with children, adolescents and adults in inpatient, residential and outpatient settings for over 20 years. Presently, he is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychology at UM – St. Louis and the Director of UMSL’s Community Psychological Service. Dr. Harris is also the Associate Director of Clinical Training for the Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology at UM – St. Louis. He teaches graduate courses in cognitive and personality assessment.
