Office Hours
We provide services between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through
Thursday and from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM on Fridays.
Scheduling Appointments
To schedule an appointment for either counseling or testing services,
please contact our office at (314) 516-5824. When you call, a member off
our intake staff will spend a few minutes talking with you about the
services you are seeking, as well as the nature of any difficulties that
you might be experiencing. We will then determine your fee for
services and schedule an appointment.
We are generally able to schedule an appointment for counseling within
one week of your call and for testing within two weeks of your call. In
all cases, we will do our best to schedule your appointment as quickly
as possible.
Sliding Scale Fees
Our services are provided on a sliding fee scale. In order to determine your hourly rate for service, a member of our staff will ask you to provide information regarding your household income and the number of
people living in your home. Our fees range from a minimum of $12 per hour
to a maximum of $85 an hour. All fees are due at the time of service.
You will be asked to provide verification of your income via a paycheck
stub or your most recent tax return.
