Both the content of counseling sessions and the fact that clients have used our services are kept strictly confidential.
This means that Counseling Services does not release information about a client without that client’s written permission, except in the case of imminent danger to self or others, suspected child/dependent abuse, court order, or where otherwise required by law.
Notations of counseling are not part of a student’s college record, or an employee’s personnel file.
