International Studies and Programs issues two series of papers on international issues. The OCCASIONAL PAPERS series features the research of Center fellows and research associates. The INTERNATIONAL POLICY PERSPECTIVES series was created in 1996 to disseminate statements on international policy issues by distinguished visitors to the University.
