The
UMSL Softball Field is located just off Florissant Road, less
than two miles from Interstate 70. The complex was opened prior
to the 1999 season and has been the home of Riverwomen Softball
since.
The
Riverwomen played their first game at the new complex on March
16, 1999, winning the opening game against Bemidji State 8-0.
The
Softball Field features a pressbox, concession stands, electronic
scoreboard, restrooms and plenty of seating for fans. In 2001,
the facility added a wooden gazebo, suitable for fans to sit and
eat while enjoying softball action.
