| UMSL Signs Breanna Pratl for Next Season St. Louis, Mo. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis volleyball program added another signee as Breanna Pratl (Frankfort, Ill./Frankfort HS) has signed to play next season. Pratl is an outside hitter who played at Frankfort High School and played for the Uno Volleyball Club. “Bre is a very athletically gifted and determined volleyball player,” said UMSL head coach Josh Lauer. “Her quickness, jumping ability and intense competitiveness are the exact traits we are looking for in our players. Bre will be competing at an extremely high level at UMSL. Her playing experience is terrific and her ability to play multiple positions make her a tremendous additon to the UMSL volleyball family.” Pratl is the fourth signee to join the team for next season, joining the three players who signed in the early signing period in the fall. Those players include outside hitter Elizabeth Cook (Kansas City, Mo./Archbishop O’Hara), defensive specialist Carolyn Holstein (Brownsburg, Ind./Brownsburg) and setter Kayla Kinzinger (New Athens, Ill./New Athens). finished last season with an overall record of 11-18, and finished 8-8
in the Great Lakes Valley Conference to finish seventh and earned a
spot in the GLVC Tournament. |
