UMSL Qualifies for GLVC Tournament

Rivermen to Face Indianapolis in First Round

The UMSL men's tennis team earned a bid to the GLVC Tournament this upcoming weekend after the conference broke tiebreakers for the West Division on Monday. UMSL, Southern Indiana and SIU Edwardsville all finished with identical 2-3 records in conference play and tiebreakers were used to see who would receive the three and four seeds from the West Division. Southern Indiana was awarded the three seed while UMSL received the four seed.

UMSL will face the top seed from the East Division, Indianapolis, in a first round matchup on Friday, April 21, at 8:30 am. The match will be played at the SIU Edwardsville tennis courts on the SIUE campus.
