UMSL Wins One on Spring Break Trip

Rivermen Beat Division I Western Kentucky to End Trip

Hilton Head, S.C. – The UMSL men’s tennis team went 1-3 during their spring break trip to Hilton Head, S.C. The Rivermen lost two matches to nationally ranked Division III teams during the trip, but ended the week with a 5-4 win over Division I Western Kentucky.

Raj Saini (Victoria, British Columbia) went 3-0 in singles matches during the trip and Francis Lam (Kettering, England) and Stephen Pobst (Sikeston, Mo./Sikeston) each went 2-2 in th singles play. Lam was also 3-1 in doubles matches on the trip as well.
