UMSL Falls to Bellarmine 2-0

Rivermen at Home Again Wednesday Night

St. Louis, Mo. – The Missouri-St. Louis men’s soccer team could not get through the Bellarmine defense and gave up two second-half goals in a 2-0 loss to the Knights.

UMSL got four shots off in the first half and held Bellarmine scoreless to go into halftime tied 0-0. The Knights got on the board in the 54th minute and added another goal seven minutes later. The Rivermen could not swing momentum in their favor and lost 2-0.

UMSL is now 3-5-3 and 3-5-2 in the GLVC. The Rivermen will be home again Wednesday night as they take on Missouri-Rolla at 7:30 pm.
