Jujic Earns All-Conference Honors

Jujuc Named Second Team All-Conference Selection

St. Louis, Mo. – The University of Missouri-St. Louis men’s soccer player Alen Jujic (St. Louis, Mo./Affton) earned all-conference honors , being named a second team Great Lakes Valley All-Conference selection for the 2004 season.

Jujic started in all 20 games this season for the Rivermen, and lead the team in overall scoring. He recorded four goals on the year, second highest on the team, and had a team best six assists for 14 total points. Included in his four goals were two game-winning goals, the first in a 2-0 win over Benedictine for UMSL’s first win of the season and the other in a 4-0 conference win over Kentucky Wesleyan. Jujic also added an assist in each of those games as well. He scored his other two goals in wins over Upper Iowa and Bellarmine. For his career, Jujic has started in all 55 games played and has nine career goals, ten career assists and 28 career points in three seasons.

This year, the Rivermen finished the season with a 7-11-2 overall record and went 3-6-1 in the GLVC.
