| UMSL Wins in Double Overtime Walters Scores for 1-0 Win Over Wisconsin-Parkside ST. LOUIS, MO. – The UMSL men's soccer team hosted conference opponent Wisconsin-Parkside Friday night. Going into the game, the Rivermen were ranked fourth in the GLVC with the Rangers falling closely behind in sixth. The first and second half went scoreless, as well as the first overtime. With only three minutes remaining in the second overtime, UMSL pushed the ball up the field and took several shots until David Walters (Overland, Mo./Ritenour) received a deflection off a Ranger defender and hit the net at the top of the box in the lower right corner. UMSL wins 1-0 in double overtime versus Wisconsin-Parkside. The UMSL men's soccer team hosts conference opponent St. Joseph's College Sunday, October 27, 2002 at 12 pm. The Rivermen play their last home game Tuesday, October 29 at 7 pm where they will host Missouri Valley.
