UMSL Places 14th at Missouri Intercollegiate

Lueders Places 38th Individually

Springfield, Mo. – The Missouri-St. Louis men's golf team opened their season at the Missouri Intercollegiate Tournament in Springfield, Mo. The tournament featured 19 schools from all NCAA Divisions and the NAIA level from across the state of Missouri.

UMSL was led by Mike Leuders who shot a three-round score of 234 (82-73-79) to tie for 38th place. Ben Song tied for 49th with a 238 (79-77-82) in his first competition at UMSL. Ryan Miller shot 244 (79-86-79) to tie for 68th, Matt Thomas shot 255 (84-90-81) to tie for 84th and Marcus Deckert placed 99th with a 296 (103-96-97).
