UMSL Disappointed at Lewis

Rivermen Defeated by Lewis 80-51

Romeoville, Ill . – The Missouri-St. Louis men’s basketball team dropped a conference game to Lewis falling 80-51.

The first half was dominated by Leiws, outscoring UMSL 36-18. The Rivermen tried to make a come-back in the second half, scoring 33 points. Unfortunately they allowed Lewis to take an even larger lead, gaining 44 points in the second half. UM-St. Louis was led by Jonathan Griffin with 18 points and Jared Pratt with seven rebounds.

The Rivermen will be back in action on Saturday, Jan. 31 at 3:15 pm. to finish their road trip against conference opponent Wisconsin-Parkside.
