The
Century Room
The
Century Room is 4,860 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space. It has
three large bay windows. The north end of the room has a 12-ft. built-in
projection screen and LCD projector. Phone lines are also available.
A garden terrace is located off the south end of the room.
he approximate maximum seating capacities for the entire room according to setup style: closed square = 114; theater = 500/600 (depends on whether a stage is used); conference = 240; u-shape = 70; banquet rounds = 366 (8 chairs per table); standing reception = 400; circle of chairs = 200. Special setup arrangements are available.
The Century Room may be divided into three rooms (35' x 47' or 1,620 sq. ft. each). When divided, the sections are referred to as Conference Hall A, B or C. Conference Halls B & C have an 8-ft. built-in projection screen in over each bay window. (The garden terrace adjoins Conference Hall C.)

Conference
Rooms
Just
across the hall from the Century Room are four smaller conference or breakout
rooms. Each room has a built-in TV/VCR and phone line. Each
room's maximum capacity according to setup style: closed square = 30;
theater = 40; u-shape =23; banquet rounds = 15; conference = 20; circle
of chairs = 25. These rooms may be divided into eight rooms (very
small) seating approximately 10 each.
Student
Government Association (SGA) Chamber
The
SGA Chamber has tiered seating for 100. It is equipped with an 8-ft.
built-in projection screen, LCD projector, and phone line.
