Student evaluations of every section of every credit bearing course are to be conducted each semester, including all summer sessions. All evaluations must include a question concerning the competency of the instructor in spoken English. Instructors, department/unit chairs, and deans are to have access to completed student evaluations (or transcribed copies thereof) as soon after the course is completed as possible (but not before grades have been assigned) in a manner that does not reveal the identity of any respondent. Each school and college is responsible for setting and enforcing other policies concerning the design, approval, administration, and use of student course evaluations.
