| Internships available | In accordance with US J-1 immigration regulations for "Academic Training," students may seek out paid or unpaid internships in their field of study to take part in at the completion of their studies at University of Missouri, Columbia (MU). The duration can equal to but not exceed the amount of time they were studying at MU. | |||
| Student jobs available/allowed? | Students may work at on campus jobs for up to 20 hours a week during studies. | |||
| Housing

The International Center will pre-arrange housing in residence halls for students who desire to live on campus. Students will need to complete an official MU Residence Life Housing Application and pay a processing fee of $25 plus pay a $300 deposit and sign the housing contract prior to arrival at MU. Those who wish to live in private apartments must arrange housing upon arrival themselves. |
