The Children's Literature Web Site - The Children's Literature Web Guide gathers together and categorizes the growing number of Internet resources related to books for children.

Carol Hurst's Children's Literature Site - This is a collection of reviews of books for kids and ideas of ways to use them in the classroom. It also contains collections of books and activities about particular subjects, curriculum areas, themes and professional topics.

The Children's Book Council Online - The CBC promotes the use and enjoyment of children’s trade books and related materials. The site provides information about books, authors and language arts lessons.

Scholastic Reading Club - You can learn about upcoming books and authors at Scholastic's teacher site.

The Moonlit Road - Ghost stories and strange folktales of the American South, told by the region's most celebrated storytellers.

Room 108 - This site contains stories, crossword puzzles, and reading and story writing activities.

Poetry Pals - The K-12 Student Poetry Publishing Project is an internet project and resource site to encourage literacy, and technology skills.

American Library Association - Contains over 700 sites for librarians, teachers, children and parents.

Teaching With Folklore - Teaching with Folklore is meant as an entry point for busy teachers who wish to use folklore Internet resources with their class. The resources are aimed mainly at grades 1 - 6.

Word Walls - Word walls are designed to promote group learning and be shared by a classroom of children.
